1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Say Good Morning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Just Say Good Morning lets adults send five-second video greetings to a recipient they choose. A private invitation, group delivery, and public submission are distinct audience choices. Public video submission and display are currently unavailable.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using Just Say Good Morning, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years old, you are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16 years of age, we will terminate their account immediately.

4. User Accounts

• You must meet the age requirements stated above to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through messages or contact requests
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated messages
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful content

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for choosing the intended audience and protecting private invitation links. A person who obtains a working private link may be able to open it. Safety review, when applied, does not change a private greeting into a public submission or grant us public-sharing consent. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Just Say Good Morning and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Say Good Morning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
